Balance and Agility Class
What does a Ninja Nation Balance and Agility Class look like?

All of Ninja Nation's classes are designed to bring out a ninja's full potential. They're for the beginner looking to learn the basics to play and train safely, and for intermediate and seasoned athletes looking to develop their current skill set and take their abilities to the next level.
Our Balance and Agility class teaches ninjas to move through a ninja warrior obstacle course with precision and accuracy, focusing on dynamic lower body movement.
Class starts with a Warmup, with stretches and exercises to get the body moving and ready for action. Then a coach will lead the class through three or four balance and agility skills.
Next is a set of conditioning for lower body and core to build the strength needed to take balance skills to the next level. After conditioning, kids classes will play a game which uses the balance and agility skills they've worked on. Class ends with a cool down and stretching session.
