$100 Non-Refundable Deposit Required to Hold Date and Time of scheduled parties. Party date and time are adjustable if made outside of 14 days of the scheduled party time. Any cancellations, or date/time changes within 14 days of originally scheduled party will forfeit full deposit amount.

All birthday party participants are required to have a Ninja Nation waiver completed prior to starting the party. Waivers can be completed online.

Birthday Party FAQs

Due to the popularity of Ninja Nation, we receive a large number of calls with questions about Birthday Parties and Special Events. To provide you with the best experience possible, we have answered to the most frequently asked questions here.

What Footwear is Required at Ninja Nation?

All birthday party participants and parents NEED to be wearing clean tennis, running, or athletic shoes. We are a SHOES ON facility. No crocs, slip-on, sandals, heels, or boots will be allowed.
Do we need to arrive early?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the scheduled start time of your party.
What am I allowed to bring to the party?

Feel free to bring a Birthday Cake, cupcakes or cookies and/or ice cream, candles, presents. If you wish, you may also bring themed decorations. Plates, utensils, napkins, and drinks are provided by Ninja Nation with all pizza packages. We also allow guests to bring in coolers with individual drinks such as water or Gadorade bottles. No 3 liters, pop top cans, juice pouches allowed. Ninja Nation does sell beverages at the front desk as well. There is a $75 outside food fee added to parties that wish to bring in additonal food items such as Chik Fil A, Canes, Etc.
Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included but can be provided at your discretion either directly to your host or at checkout.
Can I bring my own decorations?

Yes! If you would like to bring your own decorations or themed decorations, plates, and napkins, you are more than welcome to do so! However, Ninja Nation will provide plates and napkins with all pizza packages. Party room time is only guaranteed the last 30 min of your party. If you would like to ensure your party room is available to decorate pre party - book our 1st party of the day!
What is your cancelation policy?

There is a $100 non-refundable deposit for each party or event. $100 Non-Refundable Deposit Required to Hold Date and Time of scheduled parties. Party date and time are adjustable if made outside of 14 days of the scheduled party time. Any date/time changes within 14 days of the originally scheduled party will forfeit the full deposit amount. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party. The deposit will stay in your account for one year from the date of purchase/booking and may be used for rescheduling the party within that time.

Weather: If the weather or acts of God cause the facility to close, your party will be re-scheduled. No refunds will be given due to weather or acts of God if you are unable to reschedule.
